Refund Policy for Cryptodash Premium Membership

Monthly Subscription Refunds: If at any point you feel that Cryptodash Premium Membership does not meet your expectations, you are entitled to a refund. For monthly subscribers, we will refund the full amount of your current month’s subscription fee, provided that you request the refund within the subscription period for which you are seeking reimbursement.

To request a refund for your monthly subscription, please follow these steps:

  2. Navigate to the ‘Billing’ section.
  3. Click on ‘Request a Refund’.
  4. Fill out the necessary details and submit your request.

Lifetime Subscription Refunds: We offer a special provision for our Lifetime Premium Members. If you have opted for the Lifetime Premium Membership and are not satisfied with our service after its launch at the end of March, you may request a refund until the end of May 2024.

To initiate a refund for your Lifetime Premium Membership, please adhere to the following process:

  1. Ensure you are within the refund window, which is until the end of May 2024.
  2. Reach out to our support team via email at [email protected] with your membership details and reason for the refund request.
  3. We will process your request and guide you through the steps to complete the refund process.

Please note that refund requests for Lifetime Premium Memberships will only be honored if made before the end of May 2024, following the launch of our premium service.

Additional Information:

  • Refunds are processed using the original method of payment.
  • Please allow for 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
  • Any requests for refunds beyond the specified time frames for monthly and lifetime memberships will not be eligible.
